A sales representative who has shown correct and consistent representation of our clients, while simultaneously upstanding the leadership qualities we require from our leadership team. Client experts will begin to see inside the process of recruiting and training new representatives.

Manager
The managerial responsibilities turn the focus more towards behind the scenes. The manager will begin training for payroll entry, learn how to interview potential employees, and learn the banking and budgeting process. The manager will learn how to work with the clients and plan the execution of the expansion process.
Assistant Partner


Assistant Partner
Manager in charge of training , development, statistics and representation of a single client. In this position, you will have mastered all aspects of the recruiting and hiring process, as well as the budgeting system. You will move your focus from training entry-level employees to training individuals qualifying for management.

Partner
The partner's role starts with brand management. The individual in this role is responsible for in-store marketing campaigns in the territory. In addition, they ensure our team is representing the standards of our clients, the retail, and of our own as well. With every partner starting from entry-level and working their way up, we are able to continually deliver the results everyone is looking for year after year.
