Juan Izaguirre
Voraz Partner
Juan's career in the retail marketing industry started early 2017, in Miami, Florida. After building an understanding of the business, he decided to move to Tulsa, OK, to launch a small business of his own, representing those same clients in a new city. Now, his focus is revolved around continuing to deliver excellence to our clients and to provide the same opportunity to others in the community through mentorship and leadership development.
Jamie Riley
Administrative Director
Jamie started with Voraz in February, 2020, and worked her way through the management training program. After assisting with an expansion project in Connecticut, she decided to shift her career to spearheading the Human Resources and Administrative Services departments. She took what she learned from the program and has created her own small business providing web design and social media management to other businesses in the industry.
Brian Reid
Recruiting Director
Brian started in the retail marketing industry in 2007, working his way through the management training program before shifting his focus towards recruitment. He used the knowledge he gained from the program to start his own recruiting business in 2011. Our partnership with Brian began in December, 2020, and we value him and his team greatly. Originally from Norristown, PA, he now lives in sunny, Orlando, FL and has clients nation-wide.
Sarah Scarlato
Talent Cooridinator
Sarah is the first point of contact for potential new candidates of Voraz Solutions. She has been a valued partner within the recruiting department since June of 2021. Residing in Sacramento, CA, she has been working with Brian in recruiting since February of 2019. Prior to working in the recruiting industry, she worked for a school specializing in troubled youth.
